I had a great stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers. The spacious room was a highlight, especially with a fully equipped kitchen that saved us money on meals. However, I faced a lot of pressure to attend a timeshare presentation, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the location is fantastic, but the ongoing construction nearby was a concern for my safety at night.

I enjoyed the spacious room that came with a kitchen. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator to prepare simple meals. However, I did wish there was a proper table to eat at instead of just using my bed.
Service
6.0
The staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay. They checked in on me, which I appreciated, but the pressure from the concierge regarding timeshare presentations was quite forceful.
Location

Polo Towers has a great central location, especially being close to major attractions like MGM and New York, New York. However, I felt uneasy walking back at night due to the construction and some shady spots along the path.
Dining
7.0
Having a kitchen allowed me to prepare my own meals, which was a fantastic perk. I did not utilize any on-site dining options, opting instead to eat in my room. Still, I appreciated the nearby grocery store for snacks.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had well-maintained facilities, but the ongoing construction impacted the environment. I was able to do laundry easily and take advantage of the rooftop pool area, which was a lovely retreat.

7.0/10

My stay at Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers was fairly good overall. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the Strip, but the hotel itself feels a bit dated, and I encountered some noise issues from neighboring rooms. On the upside, the spacious suite made it comfy for my needs, though I did have to deal with some construction noise and a few maintenance hiccups during my visit.

The suite was spacious and had great kitchen amenities, but felt slightly outdated.
Service

Staff was attentive but a bit pushy with timeshare sales pitches, which got annoying.

I enjoyed the spacious rooms that really felt like an apartment, with a full kitchen and modern appliances, but I faced some challenges with parking and dining costs that felt excessive. The hotel's location was excellent, allowing easy access to all the major attractions on the Strip. The service was attentive, though some issues could have been handled better during my stay.

Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious and comfortable, resembling an apartment with a full kitchen. I appreciated the modern features like a microwave and fridge, which made my stay feel more like home.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and checked in on my needs regularly. however, I did encounter an issue where my calls for maintenance weren't fully resolved during my stay.
Location
9.0
The central location was perfect for exploring the Strip, making it easy to visit major attractions and casinos.
Dining
5.0
While there were dining options nearby, I found the hotel's breakfast pricing to be outrageous for the value. I would have preferred more affordable or complimentary options.
Facilities
6.0
I loved the rooftop pool area with its great views, but the parking situation was a hassle and added extra costs to my stay.

5.8/10

I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas, but there were some drawbacks. The room was spacious, especially for my group, but it could have been laid out better to avoid feeling cramped when the Murphy bed was in use. Additionally, I was disappointed that the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance despite the beautiful weather. However, the hotel's location right on the Strip was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and dining options.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, and it was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for my friends and me. The living room and kitchen were great for our needs, although a second sink would have been helpful when four of us were getting ready. The layout felt a bit cramped with the Murphy bed deployed, so I'd recommend considering a one-bedroom suite if you're traveling with more people.
Service
7.0
The staff were courteous and attentive, checking in on our needs throughout our stay. However, I encountered a situation with a concierge who was less than honest when trying to promote a timeshare presentation, which left a sour taste. Overall, the service was good but could improve in transparency.
Location
9.0
The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip and close to various restaurants and shops. I found it super convenient not needing a car, and the nearby attractions were easy to access on foot.
Dining
7.0
While the hotel had a nice coffee shop on the main level, I didn't spend much time dining in. I appreciated having the kitchen in our suite, which made it easy to prepare snacks and meals, especially as a group.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were well maintained, though the rooftop pool's closure for maintenance during sunny days was a letdown. There were no organized activities or restaurants akin to what other hotels offer in Vegas, which could be a consideration for future guests.

My stay at Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from the Strip, and the spacious two-bedroom suite had a modern kitchen which I loved. Unfortunately, I faced unending pressure to attend a timeshare presentation, which really soured my experience. Additionally, I dealt with construction noise that made it difficult to relax. Overall, I appreciated the comfort and space, but the persistent sales tactics and noise made it less than ideal.

Rooms
6.0
The two-bedroom suite was very spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen, making it feel like an apartment. However, the cleanliness was an issue, as the floors were dirty and I had to wash my feet after walking around (not what I expected).
Service
5.0
Though the staff was friendly and polite, they were overly pushy about the timeshare presentations, which was frustrating. I felt that service should have included less pressure and more genuine hospitality.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is amazing, right off the Strip, making it convenient to walk to many attractions and dining options. Plus, I appreciated the availability of complimentary parking.
Dining
6.0
While there were limited dining options within the hotel, the convenience of nearby eateries made it easy to find meals (especially late-night snacks across the parking lot). However, I wished there were more in-house facilities included.
Facilities
5.0
The rooftop pool area was a highlight, providing a relaxing environment with great views. Yet, the ongoing construction impacted the overall ambiance and enjoyment of the facilities.
